My name is really Richard, but I use the name Richaard, spelled with two "a's" to differentiate me from other Richards

About Me

I was born in 1923, attended Valley Forge Military Academy from Jan 1939 to June 1943 when I entered the U.S. Army Air Corps and was discharged in 1946.
Married in 1948, and have two children.
I started dealing in stamps in 1946, and in picture post cards in 1969.
I have an extensive mail order business, and also post auctions to eBay and Delcampe. My ID on both auction sites is rgnpcs.
I sell most of my foreign stamps at 40% of Scott Catalog, thus $1.00 catalog is 60¢ cash
I have several hundred scans of postcards on many topics. List of topics available via email.
Have price lists for stamps from US of plate blocks, booklets, sheets, and souvenir cards.
Have foreign lists for Canada, Mexico, and Russia, and list for revenues stamps from Canada, & Mexico, and Ships on Stamps. All lists are sent via email.
